Welcome Mahiro Shimizu to Nacka IBK!

All the way from Japan and their national team we welcome Mahiro to Sweden and Nacka IBK!
A technical young player, with great game understanding and a very humble personality!

Coach Hjort about Mahiro:

Mahiro is a very talanted and interesting player, with a great understanding of the game on the court. Her technique is really good and with that she can put her teammates in perfect situations. All she have to adapt to is the speed of the game. As Mahiro herself says it ’in Sweden everything goes FAST, FAST, FAST. Japan is slower.
With her young age she can look forward to a bright future here in Sweden!

Mahiro, how does it feel to finally be in Sweden and Nacka IBK?

Im very happy to be able to play in Sweden and to be transfered to a SSL team. I came from Japan alone and Nacka warmly welcomed me. I’m looking forward to playing with such wonderful team and friends. 

I will do my best with appreciation to all my supporters for this opportunity to come to Sweden.
